The process is very simple. View our range of available products, select the ones you want to order and press the Add to Cart button. After that, just click the Checkout button, fill out the shipping form and start the countdown.

Questions related to delivery
In order to ensure safe and fast delivery, we deliver your order to Croatia via Lagermax and HP Express delivery services. We deliver to all other countries of the world via the DHL delivery service.
After entering the complete delivery address during checkout, you will receive the exact shipping price. The usual delivery time to Croatia is 2-3 working days from the moment the order is confirmed and payment received.
HP Express or DHL will leave a contact sheet at your address through which you can arrange for a new delivery or collection at their office.
Step 1: Delivery of information
When we receive your order and payment, we process and ship it via the delivery service. We forward your delivery information to the delivery service.
Step 2: Estimated delivery time
On the day of delivery, the delivery service will inform you about the approximate delivery time.
If the delivery time does not suit you, you can contact the delivery service and arrange a new delivery date.
Questions related to the order
No, you don’t need to sign up. Completing your purchase is a simple process that takes a minute.
Simply select the desired products, put them in the basket, choose the payment method and enter the delivery information. After completing the order, you will receive an e-mail with order confirmation to your e-mail address.

Questions related to payment
We offer the following payment options. Choose the option that suits you:
• Payment by credit/debit card Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Payment by bank transfer (to our giro account)
Of course! On the checkout page, when filling in the delivery information, enter the company name and OIB or EU VAT number. Companies registered in Croatia receive a R1 invoice, other companies receive an invoice without included VAT.
Note (only for companies registered in the EU): It is necessary to enter the correct country, company name and corresponding OIB or EU VAT number. You can check the correct name of your company by selecting the country and entering the EU VAT number at https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation
Exchanges and returns
VIS puts your satisfaction first, so if there is a problem with the products, we apologize in advance. Contact our customer support at email@example.com. They will be happy to help you – if you want a refund or product replacement .
We understand that you can only get a real impression of a product when you see it live.
