In order to ensure safe and fast delivery, we deliver your order to Croatia via Lagermax and HP Express delivery services. We make deliveries to all other countries of the world via the DHL delivery service.
After you enter a full delivery address during the payment process, you will receive the exact shipping cost. The usual delivery time to Croatia is 2-3 working days from the moment the order is confirmed and payment received.
HP Express or DHL service will leave a calling card at your address through which you can arrange a new delivery or pick-up at their branch.

Exchanges and returns

We understand that you can only get a real impression of a product when you see it live.
For that reason you have 14 days to exchange or return an undamaged and unused product in its original packaging. During this period, we will be happy to help you and exchange the product you ordered. Check the following link to see how you can take advantage of our 14-day right of return.
Before picking up the package/order from the delivery service, it is necessary to inspect only the product packaging. In case of external damage to the packaging, you are not obliged to pick it up, since damage can occur during transport, and we are not liable for it.
